A Mindfulness Journaling Anchor for Military Spouses
The holidays come with a lot of noise and travel. Whether you are solo parenting through a deployment, traveling out of town, or navigating a quiet house this year, you deserve a steady anchor.
Join us for a 90-minute in-person launch night to slow down, decompress, and discover a five-minute daily journaling routine. No long essays or meditation experience required.
What you get:
A beautiful physical journal and pen at the session
31 daily micro-prompts tailored for military life
Low-pressure, chat room-based weekly accountability check-ins
A judgment-free community space to protect your peace
The purpose of this program is to address the issues of feeling stuck, hopeless, lost, and not knowing who one is anymore due to anxiety, depression, caregiver fatigueand overwhelm during the holiday season.
This session is meant to help military spouses take time in their day to observe where they are cognitively and emotionally and what choices they make based on both. There is no cost to participate.
